What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen cauliflower
  • 1½ cups cold, cooked green peas
  • ½ pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cook cauliflower according to package directions until just tender.

    2. Drain and cut into bite-size pieces.

    3. Combine with peas and mushrooms in It salad howl.

    4. Mix remaining ingredients and add to vegetables.

    5. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
