What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 1 quart mixed salad greens, washed, dried, torn into bite-size pieces, and chilled
  • 2 large navel oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise
  • 1 cup scraped and julienne-cut carrots
  • ½ cup golden or seedless raisins
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon strained honey
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Put greens in a salad bowl.

    2. Add oranges, carrots, and raisins; toss.

    3. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad; toss.

    4. Serve at once.
