  • 3 cups elbow or shell macaroni
  • 2/3 cup French dressing
  • 3 cups diced, peeled cucumber
  • 3 cups diced celery
  • 1½ cups diced onion
  • 6 cups flaked tuna fish
  • 3 cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup prepared mustard
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and sliced
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, cleaned and cut into strips

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cook macaroni until just tender according to package directions.

    2. Drain and turn into a large bowl. Stir in French dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour.

    3. Combine with cucumber, celery, onion, tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.

    4. Spoon onto a large platter and garnish with eggs, tomatoes, and green peppers.
