What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 1 garlic clove, halved
  • Meat from a whole lobster, cleaned and cubed
  • 1 cup cold, shelled, and cleaned small shrimp
  • 1 cup cold, cleaned, cooked clams
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup cold, cooked green peas
  • 1 cup sliced fresh or canned mushrooms
  • About 1½ cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Rub salad bowl with garlic and discard.

    2. Put seafood, celery, peas, and mushrooms in the bowl, arranging the ingredients attractively.

    3. Combine remaining ingredients and serve with salad.

    4. Garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs and tomato wedges, if desired.
