What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 2 cups cooked stone-crab meat
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup sliced stuffed olives
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped green pepper
  • About ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.

    2. Refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors.

    3. Serve alone or on romaine leaves.
