What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 2 pounds raw shrimp, unpeeled
  • 2 cans beer
  • 1 teaspoon pepper corns
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine all ingredients in large pot.

    2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

    3. Remove from heat and let stand uncovered until shrimp is pink and firm, about 5 minutes,

    4. Drain and serve, hot or cold, with Key Lime Mustard Sauce or Creole Sauce.
