	1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.

	2. Soak bread cubes in milk for 5 minutes.

	3. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.

	4. Add bread, milk and remaining ingredients and mix well.

	5. Pour into a 2-quart buttered baking dish.

	6. Set baking dish into a pan of hot water in oven.

	7. Bake for 1 hour or until pudding sets.

	8. Serve warm with Rum Sauce.
