1 pound minced lamb or beef
2 tablespoons butter
1 large onion
2 large tomatoes (peeled)
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
½ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
6 eggs

How To Cook: |

|
1. Place meat in pan with melted butter and saute, stirring constantly, until meat has lost its moisture and is crumbly.
|
2. Stir in chopped onion and continue stirring until onion turns light brown. Add tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut into small pieces.
|
3. Then add chopped parsley, pepper and salt. Mix well, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
|
4. Hollow out 6 depressions in the meat and drop 1 egg in each.
|
5. Sprinkle with salt and cook covered over low flame for 4 minutes.
