What You Need:            (To Serve: 4 - 6)

  • 3 medium-sized marrows
  • 2 cups of hot milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour

  • How To Cook:
    1. Stew marrows in a little water until soft.

    2. Strain, measure and keep hot.

    3. With 2 cups of puree use hot milk thickened with butter and flour.

    4. When boiled, combine with marrow, season, reheat and serve.
