  • 6 tablespoons of flour
  • Egg
  • Salt
  • Half a glassful of water

  • How To Cook:
    1. Put into a basin flour, make a hole in the middle and put in an egg, a little salt, half a glassful of water or a little more, until you get a rather thick liquid.

    2. Fry this paste by pouring it in spoonfuls into very hot oil.

    3. Dip into cold syrup and arrange them on a dish, pouring remainder of syrup on top.
