What You Need:            (To Make: 4 omelets)

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups chopped parsley
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

  • How To Cook:
    1. Beat the eggs and add parsley, onions and seasoning.

    2. Grease a small omelets' pan with oil and pour in one-quarter of the egg mixture.

    3. Cook until the underside is firm, turn and cook the other side.
