1 cup chick peas
½ tablespoon bicarbonate of soda
¼ cup sesame oil
1 cup lemon juice
Salt
Olive oil
Parsley

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Soak chick peas overnight.
|
2. The next day boil till tender in water and soda.
|
3. Drain, pound very fine, add oil and lemon juice slowly, season and mix well.
|
4. Pour on to plates, sprinkle with olive oil, parsley and a few whole boiled chick peas.
