Salt
3 cups minced meat
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 egg
½ teacup flour
Pine kernels
½ cup butter

How To Cook: |

1. Chop the onion finely, sprinkle with salt and mix with the meat and pepper.
|
2. Beat the egg and add to the meat, with enough flour to make stiff dough.

3. Roll the mixture into balls, stuffing each with a few pine kernels.

4. Fry in butter to a good deep brown.
