  • 8 medium beets
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cook beets till tender; peel, slice.

    2. Bring water with lemon juice and sugar and salt to a boil; stir in horseradish.

    3. Pour over beets, refrigerate till needed.
