What You Need:

  • 6 small potatoes
  • 1 level dessertspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Pepper and salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Peel and boil the potatoes.

    2. Drain off the water and mash them with the parsley, beaten egg, pepper and salt.

    3. Make into balls the size of large cherries.

    4. Place on a greased tin so that they do not touch each other.

    5. Bake in a moderate oven (375°F) for 25 minutes.
