1 pound raisins
2 - 3 pints of water
Powdered sugar

How To Cook: |

|
1. Take off the stalks raisins, wash and place them in a stew pan with water.
|
2. Set it to boil until they are quite swollen up, then according to taste, add some powdered sugar and boil them for 1 or 2 minutes longer.
|
3. Then take it off.
|
4. When cold, pour all together into a glass bowl; add a few drops of any essence of flowers with some pieces of ice, and serve.
