What You Need:

  • 7 oz butter
  • 2 oz cornflakes
  • 3 oz sugar
  • teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 6 oz flour
  • Chocolate icing
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • Walnuts, shelled

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cream the butter and sugar and add the flour, cocoa, cornflakes and vanilla essence.

    2. Pile in small heaps on a greased baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven (350F) for 15-20 minutes.

    3. When cool, ice with chocolate icing and decorate each with a walnut half.
