What You Need:

  • Beef
  • Gravy
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Bread croutons

  • How To Cook:
    1. Trim the fat from a few slices of cold roast beef and cook in gravy to which a sliced onion and a few sliced cooked carrots have been added.

    2. Season with a little vinegar, salt and pepper.

    3. Before serving, remove the onion, thicken the sauce and serve with fried bread croutons.
