What You Need:

  • Crab
  • 1 anchovy
  • Salt and cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • Butter
  • Lemon
  • Parsley

  • How To Cook:
    1. Choose a good-sized crab. Remove the meat from the shell, add I anchovy and chop them together.

    2. Put into a pan with salt and cayenne pepper, vinegar, breadcrumbs and a little butter and simmer for a few minutes.

    3. Clean the crab shell, pack in the filling and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until lightly browned.

    4. Garnish with lemon and parsley and serve with thin brown bread and butter.
