What You Need:

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons grated horseradish
  • Cream or "top of milk"
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Sugar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Soak the grated horseradish in the vinegar for 10-15 minutes.

    2. Stir in enough cream to give the desired consistency, and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
