What You Need:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons vinegar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Strip the mint from the stalks and chop it finely.

    2. Put the sugar and boiling water in a sauce-boat and stir until dissolved.

    3. Add the mint and stir in vinegar to taste.

    4. Serve with roast lamb.
