What You Need:

  • 1 pound potatoes boiled in their skins
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3½ oz flour
  • 1 grated onion
  • Fat for frying

  • How To Cook:
    1. Peel and grate the potatoes as soon as possible after cooking.

    2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to a paste and fry in the hot fat, either in one piece or in small cakes.

    3. Serve very hot.
