  • 2 pound eel
  • Nutmeg
  • 4 oz butter
  • Pepper and salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Clean the fish and cut into 2-inch lengths.

    2. Melt the butter in a casserole and put in the eel.

    3. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, nutmeg, seasoning and vinegar, cover and bake in a slow oven (300°F) for 2 hours.
