  • Parsley

  • How To Cook:
    1. Soak some salted herrings overnight in cold water.

    2. The next day, clean and cut into fillets; cut each fillet in three, cover with a mayonnaise sauce and garnish with a ribbon of chopped parsley, one of minced hard-boiled eggs and one of sliced tomatoes and pickles.
