What You Need:

  • 1 square unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • ¾ cup sifted icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond essence

  • How To Cook:
    1. Over hot, not boiling, water, melt chocolate with butter.

    2. Meanwhile add water to icing sugar, stirring until smooth.

    3. Stir into chocolate mixture to combine thoroughly; add almond essence.

    4. Cool well before pouring over cake.
