What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash mushrooms; trim off ends of stalks then slice lengthwise.

    2. In hot butter in frying pan, saute onion until golden.

    3. Add mushrooms and water; cook until tender, about 15 minutes, adding more water if needed.

    4. Add salt, paprika, pepper and half of parsley; stir in sour cream; heat.

    5. Garnish with remainder of parsley.
