  • Small zucchini
  • Any meat
  • Onions
  • Turnips
  • Carrots
  • Seasoning

  • How To Cook:
    1. Peel some small zucchini and cut in half.

    2. Remove the seeds and fill the cavity with cooked minced meat, well-seasoned and bound together with sauce.

    3. Tie the two halves together, place in a casserole or stew pan on top of some sliced onion, turnip and carrots and half-cover with stock.

    4. Season well, cover and cook gently for about 30 minutes.

    5. Remove the threads before dishing up the zucchini.
