  • ½ pound flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 pint hot water
  • Olive oil

  • How To Cook:
    1. Sieve flour with a pinch of salt; add hot water and mix well to form a smooth paste.

    2. Fry in long, thin pieces in fairly hot olive oil, until well browned.

    3. Churros are eaten with morning coffee.
