What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Freshly grated horseradish

  • How To Cook:
    1. Quarter the eggs and turn them gently in a mixture of the oil, vinegar and seasonings.

    2. Serve on a bed of lettuce, sprinkled with plenty of horseradish.
