											| How To Cook: |

											|  |  | 1. Have the liver sliced by the butcher, and then cut it into small pieces. 
 
 |  | 2. Peel and slice the onion and fry till golden-brown. 
 
 |  | 3. Add the liver and its juice, turning the pieces over as soon as they are brown on one side. 
 
 |  | 4. Sprinkle some flour over the liver and stir vigorously while adding a little water, so as to obtain smooth gravy. 
 
 |  | 5. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and salt to taste.
