Strawberry And Sour Cream Dressing
What You Need:
  • A 10-ounce package frozen sliced sweetened strawberries, thoroughly defrosted, and their syrup
  • cups sour cream
  • A pinch of salt
  • Confectioners' sugar (optional)
  • How To Cook:
    1. Place the strawberries and their syrup in a bowl and crush the berries slightly with the back of a large spoon.

    5. Add the sour cream and salt, and stir until the ingredients are thoroughly blended. Taste for sweetness and add up to 1 tablespoon of confectioners' sugar if desired.

    5. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate the dressing for at least 1 hour before serving. Strawberry-and-sour-cream dressing may accompany any fruit salad.
     
    To make about: 2 cups
