Jerk Meatballs
What You Need:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ˝ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon jerk sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stalk scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • How To Cook:
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

    3. Roll into 2 inch round balls.

    4. Bake on a greased baking sheet for 20 minutes.

    To Serve: 4 - 6
