Mushrooms Sauteed In Wine

1 pound mushrooms, chopped
3 tablespoons peanut oil
˝ teaspoon salt
Dash of white pepper
1/3 cup dry red wine

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Brown mushrooms in peanut oil in a saucepan with salt and pepper.

2. Add wine; cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes.
