Chicken Marinated In Orange
What You Need:
  • 3 chicken breasts split in half
  • ˝ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ˝ teaspoon pepper
  • ˝ teaspoon ground marjoram
  • ˝ teaspoon basil
  • ˝ teaspoon garlic salt

    How To Cook:
    1. Remove skin from chicken, wash chicken and wipe dry. Combine remaining ingredients.

    2. Place chicken in baking dish or casserole.

    3. Pour orange juice over chicken and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    4. Bake uncovered, in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for about 60 minutes, basting occasionally.
