Crawfish And Rice
What You Need:
3 medium crawfish (uncooked)

tablespoons
oil
½ small onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoon tomato paste

cups
water
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

How To Cook:

. Heat oil in
saucepan
and saute crawfish, onion and thyme for five minutes.
2
. Stir in tomato paste and water; bring to boil.
3
. Add rice, salt, and pepper and cook covered for 1 hour, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
