Yellow yam boiled and sliced
3 hard boiled eggs
˝ cup grated cheese
1 cup white sauce
Salt, pepper

| How To Cook: |

1. Place slices of yam alternately with sliced eggs and cheese in a casserole dish.

2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
|
3. Make a white sauce and moisten yam mixture with 1 cup or more.

4. Bake in a moderate oven till cheese is melted.
