Lazy Vareniki

What You Need:
  • 4 oz plain flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • Water

  • How To Cook:
    1. Make a pastry of the flour and cream cheese, binding with the egg yolk and a little water if necessary.

    2. Roll out the pastry to ˝ inch thick, cut into small diamond shapes and poach in boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes.

    3. Test, strain and serve with hot melted butter, sour cream and sugar.

    To Serve: 2 - 4
