3 pound green peas
1˝ cups minced meat
Butter for frying
Salt and pepper
˝ onion
˝ a clove of garlic
1 cup tomatoes

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Shell the peas; fry the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
|
2. Chop the onion and garlic together and add to the meat.
|
3. Add the peas, with more salt if required, and the tomatoes cut into small pieces.
|
4. Cover with water and stew until tender. Serve with rice.
