Nigerian Jollof Rice
This dish is always eaten at weddings and at Christmas.

What You Need:
  • Rice
  • Salt pork
  • Beef
  • Chicken
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Seasonings with herbs
  • Oil
  • Cabbage
  • Peas

    • How To Cook:
    1. This consists of raw salt pork, beef and chicken cooked together with onions, tomatoes, tomato puree, seasonings and herbs.

    2. Oil and rice are also included.

    3. Serve on a long dish with dressed, boiled cabbage and peas.
