Raw Fish Pickled In Lime Juice
What You Need:
  • 1 fish about 2 lb.
  • Coconut cream
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Limes
  • 1 lettuce
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 6 gherkins
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 olives

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash the fish well, bone and skin it, then cut into small cubes.

    2. Place it in a pie dish with the chopped onion, sprinkle with 3 teaspoons salt and a little pepper and mix well.

    3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fish until they are covered; place in a refrigerator for 4 hours, then drain.

    4. Mince the garlic, cube the gherkins, halve the olives, mix with the fish, and add the oil and vinegar.

    5. Cover with coconut cream and serve with lettuce, tomato and egg.

    To Serve: 4 - 6
