Roast Welsh Lamb
What You Need:
  • Lamb
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Flour
  • Water

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wipe the lamb with a damp cloth, rub with salt and pepper and completely encase in flour and water dough.

    2. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 2 hours, basting frequently.

    3. Serve with a jelly made from the berries of mountain ash and apples.
