Orange Omelette
What You Need:
  • 4 oz sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon orange-flower water
  • 4 eggs
  • Butter

    • How To Cook:
    1. Mix together sugar, a pinch of salt, lemon juice and orange-flower water, add eggs, and beat lightly.

    2. Put a knob of butter into a pan and cook the mixture, stirring all the time, until just set, and then serve it at once.
    To Serve: 1 - 2
