											| How To Cook: |

											|  |  | USE BASIC FRITTER BATTER RECIPE EXCEPT: |  | 1. Reduce flour to 1 cup. 
 
 |  | 2. Reduce baking powder to 1 teaspoon. 
 
 |  | 3. When dipping, if the batter does not adhere, add 1 or 2 tablespoons more liquid (milk, water or stock). 
 
 |  | 4. If a thicker batter is desired, decrease milk to 2/3 cup.
