Curry powder, salt

How To Cook:

. Toss together cooked rice and flaked, cooked fish.

. Add a pinch of curry powder and some chopped mushrooms if available, a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of lime rind.

. Pack into a mould and bake for 30 minutes.

. Serve with chopped hard boiled eggs.
