What You Need: |

2 pound shoulder of lamb
4 tablespoons butter
2 onions (chopped)
1 large tin tomatoes
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Remove bone and cut lamb in 1-inch cubes.
|
2. Cook in butter in heavy frying pan until browned.
|
3. Add onions and brown, then add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
|
4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
|
5. Serve with pilav.
