How To Cook: |

1. Fry meat until browned. Remove from pan.

2. Cut the onions up finely and fry in the butter.
|
3. Mix with meat and add seasoning, cinnamon and the finely chopped parsley.
|
4. Cut the stems out of the peppers and dip them into boiling water, removing all seeds.
|
5. Fill with fried meat, replace stems and set in a pan side by side, stem upwards.
|
6. Peel tomatoes and cut in small pieces.
|
7. Cover peppers with tomatoes, adding dried mint and a pinch of salt, and the water.
|
8. Cook until the peppers are soft. Serve with rice.
