Crumbed Chops
What You Need:
  • Lamb chops
  • Eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs

    • How To Cook:
    1. Dip some lamb chops in egg, beaten up with a little water, salt and pepper, and then in breadcrumbs.

    2. Put in really hot fat in a roasting tin and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 45 minutes.
