										| Pork And Onion Casserole (Pork And Onion Djuvetch)

											| What You Need: |  |  |  |  |  
	| 1 pound onions
		1 pound pork cut up small
		1˝ tablespoons lard
		2 - 3 potatoes
		Parsley
		Seasoning
		6 - 7 green peppers
		1 cup rice
		1 chili (optional)
		˝ pound tomatoes |  |  |  |  |

									| How To Cook: |  |  |  |  |  | 1. Slice the onions and put them in a pan with the lard and some parsley; add the peppers and the chili, if used. 
 
 |  | 2. When these are partly cooked, add the pork and the potatoes and season to taste. 
 
 |  | 3. Simmer for a while, and then add the rice and the sliced tomatoes stir well and put in a casserole. 
 
 |  | 4. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 1˝ hours.
