1. Mince the meat several times or pound it in a mortar until it is almost like a paste.

2. Add pine kernels and salt and mix well. Roll into balls the size of a large marble and fry in butter until brown.

3. Remove from pan. Slice onions lengthways and fry in the same pan until golden.
|
4. Combine meat and onions in a thick pan, just cover with cold water, strain tomatoes over, season to taste and simmer for 1˝ hours.
|
5. Serve with boiled rice.
