ICICLE RADISH: White, crisp-textured radish about 2 to 4 inches in diameter and 6 to 10 inches long. Available only in Oriental specialty shops. Can be stored in vegetable section of refrigerator for about a week. Substitute the small white radishes sold in supermarkets and vegetable stores. These are sometimes also called icicle radishes but are not the same variety as the Chinese vegetable.
